Website Subscription Terms

What the USD $75 monthly subscription covers — and what it does not.

1. Overview

The Strong Finish Inc. Website Subscription is a monthly service that keeps your website online, secure, and supported. It is designed for small businesses that want their website managed professionally without needing to handle the technical side themselves.

Standard subscription rate: USD $75 per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Subscription Terms explain what is covered by the monthly fee, what falls outside the subscription, and the obligations of both parties. These terms should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. What Is Included

The monthly subscription includes the following services:

Website Hosting

Your website is hosted on a professional hosting infrastructure so it is accessible online. Hosting is managed by Strong Finish Inc. — you do not need to set up or manage a hosting account separately.

Basic Maintenance

We handle routine maintenance tasks to keep your website running smoothly. This includes applying updates to the underlying platform or framework, ensuring compatibility, and addressing any routine technical issues that arise from normal operation.

Security Updates

We apply security patches and updates to the website platform and infrastructure as they become available. This helps protect your website from known vulnerabilities and security threats. While we take reasonable steps to maintain security, no website can be guaranteed to be immune from all security risks.

Minor Content Updates

We include reasonable minor updates to your website content. This typically covers:

  • Updating text (such as business hours, contact details, or service descriptions)
  • Swapping or adding a small number of photos or images you provide
  • Adjusting button text, links, or small layout tweaks
  • Adding a short announcement or update

Minor updates are handled on request. We aim to complete them promptly during normal business hours.

Ongoing Support

You have ongoing access to support for questions, issues, or requests related to your website. We are here to help if something is not working, you need advice, or you have a question about managing your online presence. Support is provided by email and phone during normal business hours.

Keeping Your Website Online

As long as your subscription is active and paid, we ensure your website remains live and accessible to visitors, subject to the hosting infrastructure and factors outside our direct control (such as domain renewals, internet infrastructure, or force majeure events).

3. What Is Not Included

The following items are not covered by the standard monthly subscription and would require a separate quote or agreement:

  • Unlimited redesigns or rebuilds — the subscription covers the existing website that was built. A full redesign or rebuild of the website is a new project and is not included.
  • Building new pages — adding entirely new pages to the website (beyond the original agreed scope) is not included and would be quoted separately.
  • Advanced or custom functionality — features such as membership areas, user logins, custom databases, booking systems, online stores (e-commerce), payment gateways, or API integrations are not included in the standard subscription.
  • E-commerce or online stores — selling products online, setting up product catalogues, payment processing, inventory management, and related e-commerce functionality are not covered by the standard subscription.
  • Booking or scheduling systems — integration of third-party booking, appointment scheduling, or reservation systems is not included unless specifically agreed.
  • Custom integrations — integrating the website with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, accounting software, or other business tools is not included.
  • Copywriting from scratch — creating original written content for your website (such as writing your About page or service descriptions from scratch) is not included. We can provide guidance, and we will structure and present the content you provide professionally.
  • Major content changes — substantial rewrites, restructuring of the website, adding large amounts of new content, or adding image galleries and portfolios are not considered minor updates and may be quoted separately.
  • Domain registration and renewal — your domain name is registered and renewed separately (typically through a domain registrar). We can help guide you through this process, but the domain fee is not part of the subscription.
  • Marketing or advertising services — search engine marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and other promotional services are not included.

If you need something that falls outside the subscription, please contact us. We are happy to discuss your needs and provide a clear quote for any additional work before we begin.

4. Payment Terms

The monthly subscription fee is due on a recurring basis as agreed at the start of the engagement (typically monthly, on or around the same date each month).

Payment methods and billing schedules will be communicated to you when you subscribe. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.

The subscription fee may be reviewed periodically. Any changes to the subscription rate will be communicated to you with reasonable advance notice before taking effect.

5. Failure to Pay

If a monthly subscription payment is not received by its due date, Strong Finish Inc. will make reasonable efforts to contact you and allow a reasonable grace period to bring your account current.

If payment remains outstanding after notice and the grace period, Strong Finish Inc. reserves the right to suspend the website and associated services until payment is received. This means your website may become temporarily inaccessible to visitors.

6. Client Responsibilities Under the Subscription

To help us provide the subscription services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate content — for any content updates you request, you are responsible for providing the content accurately, including correct text, images, and contact details. We will implement what you provide, but we are not responsible for errors in the content you supply.
  • Timely approvals — if we present updates, changes, or maintenance items for your review, please respond in a timely manner so we can complete the work efficiently.
  • Maintain your domain registration — your domain name is your responsibility. Please ensure it is renewed on time to avoid disruption to your website.
  • Communicate clearly — let us know if something needs attention. We are here to help, but we cannot address issues we are not aware of.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable advance notice. Continued payment of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
