FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you might want to know about our website package, pricing, process, and what happens after your site goes live.

Do you work with clients outside Barbados?

Yes. Strong Finish Inc. is based in Barbados but works with clients remotely across the Caribbean, North America, the United Kingdom, and other international markets.

How does the remote website process work?

We handle everything online — discovery calls via Zoom or Google Meet, content submission through a simple online form, website reviews via private preview links, and ongoing support by email and WhatsApp. You never need to be in Barbados to work with us.

Can I book a consultation before deciding?

Yes. You can book a free 15-20 minute website consultation to discuss your business, what you need from a website, and whether the Starter Website Package is a good fit. No obligation, no pressure.

What is included in the USD $350 setup fee?

The setup fee covers the initial design and build of a professional 3-page website, including layout, mobile optimisation, basic SEO setup, contact form setup, and launch preparation. It's a one-time cost — not a recurring charge.

What is included in the USD $75 monthly subscription?

The monthly subscription includes hosting, basic maintenance, security updates, minor content updates, support, and keeping the website online. Think of it as having someone look after your website so you don't have to worry about the technical side.

How many pages are included?

The standard package includes 3 pages — typically a homepage, an about or services page, and a contact page. Additional pages can be quoted separately depending on what you need.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Strong Finish Inc. can refresh or rebuild an existing website to make it look more modern, professional, and mobile-friendly. We'll review your current site and recommend what makes sense — sometimes a full rebuild, sometimes a targeted refresh.

How long does it take to launch?

Timelines depend on how quickly content and approvals are provided, but the process is designed to be simple and efficient — typically within 1 to 2 weeks once we have everything we need from you.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. Strong Finish Inc. handles the technical setup and guides you through the process in simple, plain language. You just tell us about your business, review the design, and approve it when you're happy.

Can I cancel the monthly subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just get in touch with us and we'll walk you through the process. We aim to keep things straightforward — no long-term lock-in contracts.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your website will come offline at the end of your current billing period. We can provide you with a copy of your content upon request before cancellation.

Can I make my own updates to the website?

Minor content updates — like changing text, swapping photos, or updating contact details — are included in your monthly subscription. Just send us what you need changed and we'll handle it. If you need frequent or large-scale changes, we can discuss what that looks like.

Do you offer e-commerce or online stores?

The standard package does not include e-commerce functionality. If you need an online store, we can discuss your requirements and point you toward solutions that work for small businesses — or quote for a more complex build.

What if I need more than 3 pages?

Additional pages can be quoted separately based on the scope of work. We'll discuss what you need and give you a clear price before we start — no surprises.

Do you handle domain names?

We can help guide you through purchasing and connecting a domain name, but the domain itself is something you own and pay for separately (usually around $10–$20 per year). We'll make sure it's connected properly to your website.

Can you help with SEO?

Every website we build includes basic SEO setup — proper page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, and mobile optimisation. This gives you a solid foundation. We do not promise first-page Google rankings, and we'd suggest being cautious of anyone who does.

Who owns the website content?

You own your business name, branding, and the content you provide. The website design and structure are provided as part of our service. If you ever decide to move on, we'll make sure you have what you need for a smooth transition.
